about me

Saying how you really feel can be terrifying.

I provide a warm, accepting space where you can feel both vulnerable and safe to do that. We will honor your strengths, identify your goals, and examine the thoughts & behaviors that no longer serve you. In this way, we’ll work together to help unpack the things you’ve tucked away and ultimately heal from what’s hurt you.

I acknowledge the importance of your intersecting identities and unique lived experience - there is only one you. With that in mind, I use an integrative, curious, and compassionate approach tailored just for you.

When not practicing therapy, I can be found at my sewing machine, hanging out with my 2 dogs and 1 cat, or crying in H Mart.
